Ohio State University School Partnerships Summary

2009-10 Data Collection

The partnerships summary publication documents Ohio State involvement with schools, school districts, or school-age children and youth. This publication supports Ohio State’s Academic Plan and land-grant mission, which include a significant, campus-wide contribution to the improvement of Ohio’s schools and to the advancement of cross-institutional partnerships between the university and the public schools. Partnerships may involve public or private schools or school districts in Ohio or out of state, initiated either by Ohio State or by the schools/districts. They could be one-time events or part of an ongoing project. See the latest edition for examples of partnerships and descriptions.

Please complete a separate form for each program or partnership in which you were involved during the 2009-2010 academic year (including summer) that involved school-aged children and youth (preK-12). Please answer these questions to the best of your ability. If you have questions, contact the P-12 Project. We appreciate your help.
